Beneteau Evasion 28 - A well-maintained and updated classic

The Beneteau Evasion 28 is a well-sailing and spacious motor sailor that underwent an extensive renovation in 2019 and has since been continuously updated with new improvements.

In 2019, the boat was thoroughly renovated, including a new mahogany deck with stainless steel fender lists, a new sprit, handrails, and cleats in mahogany. That same year, a new galley and seating area on the port side were installed. The electronics were also upgraded with a Garmin 62CV chartplotter, which has been annually updated. The interior received new cushions, ventilated bunk bottoms, and extra top mattresses, while the cockpit was equipped with a new table and new kapok cushions. The entire boat's LED lighting was renewed with new wiring.

In 2020, a new Raymarine wheel pilot and a new Jabsco electric toilet were added. In 2021, the boat was fitted with a new refrigerator. In 2022, new sails with lazy jacks, a new windbreak, a new stainless steel stern ladder, and an aluminum gangway ladder were invested in.

Recent improvements include a large sprayhood with removable hoops in 2023, a sun awning with hoops in 2024, and a new diesel tank with filling and gauge. In 2024, the hull was thoroughly cleaned. In 2025, the boat was upgraded with a new circulation pump and generator, as well as new AGM batteries - one for consumption (installed in 2023) and one for starting, VHF, and navigation (installed in 2025) with two separate circuits and two new batteries for these.

The layout on board is practical and spacious. In the bow, there is an electric toilet. Amidships, there is a dining area that can be converted into a small double bed and a single bed. There is the possibility to customize the boat to establish a bunk bed in connection with the captain's seat.

Overall, this Beneteau Evasion 28 is a complete and ready-to-sail boat that combines comfort, updated equipment, and excellent sailing characteristics.
