Do I pay to list yachts on Yatzo?
No. Every plan, including FREE, lets you list and claim yachts at no cost. We make money on the tools that help you close — not on exposure. Featured placement is an optional €29/listing add-on.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel monthly, yearly plans cancel at renewal. Either way you keep access to the end of the period, and you can export all your data any time — even after you leave.
Do I own my data?
Yes. Your listings, your leads, your messages, your reports — all yours. Export to CSV or pull via API any time, on every plan. If you leave Yatzo, your data leaves with you.
What's the difference between SOLO and PRO?
SOLO is for independent brokers working alone. PRO adds team features — up to 5 users, lead routing, roles, white-label reports, custom branding and priority support. Both include BoatFace, YATZO Radar and the AI assistant.
Is there a VAT or local-tax surcharge?
Prices shown exclude VAT. Where applicable, VAT is added at checkout based on your billing address. EU brokers with a valid VAT number can self-bill.
How does the AI assistant work, and what happens if I run out of minutes?
Your plan includes 60 minutes/month (PRO: per user). One minute = one minute of real assistant work. If you go over, additional minutes are €1 each, billed monthly. You'll see usage in your dashboard and we never auto-upgrade your plan.
What if my team grows beyond 5 users?
PRO includes 5 seats with 1 admin. Add more brokers at €99/user/month or €990/user/year. There's no hard ceiling. Brokerages over ~20 users should talk to us about enterprise terms.
How does the yearly discount work?
Pay yearly and you get 2 months free — that's −16.6% off the monthly price. Same plan, same features, just less paperwork. Switch billing cadence any time from your account settings.
What support do I get on each plan?
FREE and SOLO get standard email support (response within one business day). PRO gets priority support with a 4-hour response SLA during business hours.
