23 m Sailboat – 5 Cabins – Complete Refit
Patroniçe is a classic 23-meter sailboat, built by the Baymarine shipyard in Ayvalik (Turkey), a region historically recognized for its craftsmanship in shipbuilding.
Ideally configured for charter with its 5 cabins and capacity to accommodate 10 guests, it offers excellent livability and a friendly and comfortable onboard experience, particularly sought after in the Mediterranean. Its deck plan and volumes make it suitable for both sailing enthusiasts and clients discovering navigation.
The boat underwent a complete refit in 2008 including reinforcement of the epoxy fiber hull, providing enhanced watertightness, better protection of the wooden structure, and significantly simplified maintenance compared to a traditional wooden boat. This element is a key advantage, allowing for a more serene operation, especially within a charter program.
Rigged as a ketch and equipped with a genoa, mainsail, and mizzen on furlers, Patroniçe offers balanced performance, combining stability, sailing comfort, and good responsiveness under sail, thanks to the combination of a gulet hull and ketch rigging.
The interior layout is organized around 5 double cabins, including a master cabin and four guest cabins, all equipped with their own private bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), storage, and air conditioning. The crew quarters are located at the back, with independent access.
The saloon, approximately 38 m², serves as a particularly pleasant central living space, with a discreetly integrated open kitchen, an indoor dining area, and a cozy lounge. The wooden finishes create a warm and elegant atmosphere.
The outdoor spaces offer very nice volumes:

rear cockpit with U-shaped bench and extendable table for 10 guests, in the shade of a canopy,
spacious front area dedicated to sunbathing and relaxation,
spardeck with outdoor steering station under bimini, ideal for enjoying navigation.

Patroniçe is currently in very good overall condition, with regular maintenance, and is ready to sail immediately.
