Ready-to-move-in sailing houseboat, currently one of the most beautiful available on the market! The ship is equipped with all luxuries and is wonderful to sail with. With its dimensions of L 34.95 x B4.92 m x H3.45, it is perfect for those who want to leave immediately towards the French canals, seek a quiet life on the water, or simply want to enjoy the free life.
The current owners have used their experience from inland shipping to bring this characterful ship, built in 1931 as a Luxury Motor, to this state and maintain it.
Nothing is left to chance, and the ship is lovingly maintained, with ongoing investments made in it. Recently, all windows of the wheelhouse, living/sleeping area have been replaced, and a refurbished bow thruster motor has been installed.
Every year, exterior painting is carried out, all to keep the ship in top condition.
On board, you will find all the luxury and comfort you need for long journeys and permanent living, with spacious living areas, underfloor heating, air conditioning, and even spud poles for easy mooring. What makes this ship special is the creative solution for a terrace, made in the originally existing aft cabin without affecting the line of the ship. Prefer even more living space? 2 central heating systems + 1 (atmospheric) pellet stove in the living room. Kabola diesel central heating 14 kW and Domusa pellet central heating, both connected to a large buffer tank. What is most advantageous at that moment can be used for heating.
Underfloor heating in the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms.
Sleeping area
There is an office space that can be converted into a sleeping area for 2 people.
Power supply professionally installed system 2016 largely renewed. Traction set 885 Ah, 2018. 4 starter batteries. In 2023, the bow thruster was replaced with a refurbished Perkins.
