Proposed directly by the Outremer Brokerage team, ELEVEN benefits from the expertise and support of the yard that designed and built it. Acquiring an Outremer through us is more than just buying a boat: it is enjoying continuity, true technical know-how, and long-term support, with access to our after-sales services and refit solutions, particularly through our GLS base in Marin, Martinique, where our teams regularly assist owners with maintenance, improvements, and preparation for their long-distance cruising projects.
ELEVEN is a OUTREMER 51 V1 designed by Barreau/Neuman, a direct evolution of the OUTREMER 49 and the first model fully developed under the OUTREMER YACHTING era. This catamaran embodies the pure philosophy of the brand: a marine and lightweight sailing vessel, capable of safely and enjoyably carrying a family around the world. Designed by sailors for sailors, it remains true to the spirit instilled by Gérard Danson, founder of Outremer, while benefiting from the contributions of architects who have marked the evolution of the range.
Built at the end of 2015 and launched in 2016, ELEVEN has already traveled beautiful routes. Its first owners took it around the world, a journey that attests to its reliability and sturdiness in all conditions. Its second owners then continued with sailing in the Mediterranean, confirming its versatility both in ocean crossings and coastal family cruising. The story of this boat is that of a true cruising sailboat, meticulously maintained and always ready to set off again.
In the 4-cabin version, it offers bright and functional spaces, with a panoramic saloon providing exceptional visibility and excellent ventilation. The cockpit, protected and friendly, becomes a natural extension of life on board. At the front, a large canopy enhances comfort at anchor, creating a sheltered and pleasant space to enjoy long stops.
On the technical side, ELEVEN stands out particularly for its high-modulus carbon rotating mast signed by Lorima, a rare and sought-after piece that lightens and optimizes its sail plan. Importantly, the standing rigging (Kevlar) is from 2023. Its sail wardrobe is equally remarkable: mainsail from 2023, Code 0 from 2016, asymmetrical spinnaker from 2016, gennaker from 2019, self-tacking jib from 2023 — a complete set to face all conditions, from light winds to strong breezes, while keeping the boat balanced and performing.
In terms of autonomy and equipment, this catamaran is designed for long voyages. Three 250 W solar panels ensure regular energy production, complemented by a Watt&Sea Cruising 600, a hydrogenerator known for its efficiency under sail. The Mastervolt lithium batteries (180 Ah each) provide reliability and lightness, while the Dessalator 100 l/h watermaker guarantees total independence in fresh water. This setup forms a solid foundation for living at sea for extended periods, without constraints.
With its lines designed by Barreau/Neuman, its rotating carbon mast from Lorima, its complete inventory, and its already rich history of miles traveled, ELEVEN embodies what the Outremer 51 has to offer at its best: a marine, lightweight, safe catamaran designed for long journeys. It is a sailboat aimed at discerning sailors, those looking for a true cruising vessel, capable of inspiring dreams while providing the essential serenity to embark family and friends.
Today available under French flag, TTC Europe and close to the Outremer yard, ELEVEN is offered with the support and assistance of the manufacturer. A rare opportunity to join the Outremer universe with a boat ready to sail, already proven around the world, and supported by the expertise and safety of the team that brought it to life.
