Grand Soleil 45 is a JV project that has made history at Cantiere del Pardo, designed for fast cruising, it stands out for its excellent performance in all weather conditions, the layout has been designed to provide maximum comfort while cruising with generous spaces in the cockpit and on the foredeck, easy access to the sea, elegant water lines, and easy maneuverability, classic internal layout with L-shaped kitchen and spacious chart table, a generous owner's cabin and two twin aft cabins.
This particular hull is a real opportunity, meticulously maintained, second owner since 2010, never chartered, 3 cabins with solid wood interiors in excellent condition, fabrics and cushions like new, double layer of covers. Eberspacher heating with outlets in every cabin, black water tank in the forward bathroom.
Instrumentation complete and organized for long navigation: Raymarine autopilot with remote control, GPS with active AIS, Navtex FURUNO weather receiver, EPIRB, radar, 5 TCTICK displays + 3 MULTI displays on the mast, 5 new batteries of 100 Ah for services (2025) + 1 of 70 Ah (2022) for the engine + 1 Solbian solar panel of 80 W, charger with intelligent charge distributor and 3 monitoring instruments, 1800 W inverter.
Sails in excellent condition including a Quantum 2024 laminated mainsail on Harken cars, lazy jack and easy bag 2024, current maneuvers with T90 halyards and Tylaska. Original shrouds but checked by a rigger every two years.
Regular engine service and winterization (annual), new sail drive boot 2024, silent block 2023, Max Prop propeller + spare propeller.
