Ferretti 175 Fly from 1996 in very good overall condition and currently in service for high-end hotel customer care, which gives an idea of the care, presence, and level of maintenance it has. Spanish flag, always in List 6, with VAT deducted at source. The published price is plus VAT, deductible if the activity in List 6 is maintained. Currently dispatched for 12 people in Zone 4, with ITB passed in 2026 and navigation permit valid until 2030.
This is a motor yacht of 17.45 m in overall length and 16.45 m in documentation; distributed in a spacious salon with 3 differentiated areas, two cabins with two separate beds, owner's cabin with a large centered bed, and crew cabin, all with a bathroom. Equipped with 2 MTU 12V 183 TE engines of 1,015 hp each, with approximately 2,500 hours. Both engines were serviced in 2026 and the starboard engine was completely rebuilt. It has 4-blade propellers, a bow thruster, and Propspeed treatment on propellers, shafts, and rudders.
Fuel capacity of 3,400 liters, fresh water 750 liters, and waste tank of 260 liters. It includes a diesel generator, water maker, hydraulic gangway, electric anchor windlass, electric mooring winches at the stern, liferaft for 12 people, EPIRB, pyrotechnics, and complete safety equipment. A 2.5 m tender with a 3 hp outboard is included.
In electronics and navigation, the boat is equipped with Raymarine plotter/GPS, radar, autopilot, sounder, VHF, and repeaters at the interior station and flybridge. The photographs show Raymarine instrumentation at both stations, as well as electronic engine controls, a very complete electrical panel, consumption controls, battery system, and general monitoring of the boat.
The main helm offers a very well-maintained classic aesthetic, with Ferretti wood paneling, excellent visibility, and a very elegant presentation. The flybridge has a complete second command station, seating, sunbathing area, refrigerator, and bimini, making it an ideal space for both navigation and enjoyment at anchor. The bow also has a large sunbathing area, while at the stern we find a generous cockpit with seating, a folding table, shower, swim ladder, and a wide platform. The cockpit teak is in very good condition, and the exterior conveys a distinguished and professional image. Additionally, it has protective covers for the windshield and side windows.
Inside, the traditional quality of Ferretti finishes stands out, with wood in perfect condition, plenty of stowage capacity, spacious wardrobes in the cabins, numerous drawers, and well-designed furniture for intensive use or life on board. The kitchen, located on the lower level, is spacious and very well equipped, with a refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and ample work surface. In the salon, we also find a minibar refrigerator and flat-screen television. The boat has air conditioning and central inverter heating.
