The in-house designer has designed an extremely spacious tender with an innovative interior. The characteristic features of the Enkhuizen tender have been fully retained in this new model. The sturdy style bow, the beautiful sheer and the extraordinarily stylish transom with integrated swimming platform and the high-quality finish with solid teak wood are characteristics of the Enkhuizensloep tender line that clearly manifest themselves in the Enkhuizen 744 Tender.
The hull shape of the 744 invites you to sail in a very wide range of sailing areas. Due to the shallow draft and the sophisticated way in which the hull releases the water, the boat attracts few waves in shallow water. A boat with respect for banks and other water sports enthusiasts. On larger waters, a high speed can be achieved, even with a low motorization, because the hull planes quickly. The integrated spray rails deflect the tubular water, so that the occupants stay dry even at high speeds. In short, a boat that can cover a large distance in a short time and in complete comfort.
The 744 will be equipped with a robust and safe electrical system so that all modern tools can be reliably integrated. The boat offers enough space to make a long trip with 8 people. And of course the 744 can be equipped with all the facilities that make a trip a real pleasure. There is room for the installation of a large refrigerator, a wine cooler, cooking facilities, washing facilities, wardrobe space and of course a toilet facility.
With the help of high-quality teak, they are invisibly integrated into the interior at first glance, which therefore remains spacious, uncluttered and safe. In the interior of the 744, we have raised the bar a little higher. The forecastle is directly accessible from the cockpit. It can be equipped with a permanent, lockable toilet facility, closet space for rainwear, for example, or as a traditional storage space. The access to the front is located behind the front seat.
As with every Enkhuizen sloop, special attention has been paid to a safe environment for the 744. Of course, all our boats meet the CE standard, but it doesn't stop there. Safety is not only determined by a design category. Safety is particularly important during the normal use of the boat. The 744 is equipped with a wide range of safety-enhancing standard features. For example, the fenders are attached to the boat via an ingenious click system. These snap-on deck eyes ensure that your fender always hangs at the right height, that no ropes dangle loose in the cockpit and that you attach it in no time.
A conveniently laid out interior with easily accessible storage space and concealed accessories ensures that no loose items have to be left lying around in the cockpit. The floor of the 744 is laid on two levels: the helmsman sits high, the passengers lower. In this way, the helmsman keeps an optimal overview of the sailing area even when the cockpit is full.
The Enkhuizen 744 has wide entry steps with good, sturdy support options. And because we build every Enkhuizen sloop for you by hand, we can install an extra boarding aid for you if desired. This makes not only sailing, but also getting in and out safer.
