Boat Description
This wooden houseboat has a warm appearance and is suitable for rental and personal use during the summer months. The structural superstructure is made of steel with wooden framing and built on floats of polythene, which are suitable against cold and ice. The photos show a houseboat ZOE that was delivered as standard, but the buyer has further carpentered and furnished it. Therefore, the price mentioned is not the price belonging to the photos. ZOE can be delivered complete.
Price: Excluding VAT and excluding transport.
Outboard engine: 15 to 20 hp is optional.
The price does include electrical installation and basic facilities, but can be extended at extra cost. Delivery is after order in about 6 months. Everything is in direct consultation with the builder. The Zoe with red color is a nice example of one of the latest versions. Ice resistant and unsinkable floats.

VAT Information
For vessels from 1985 and younger, the seller must be able to prove that VAT has been paid. Vessels from 1984 and older are exempt from VAT.
