From mid-January 2026, this beautiful first-built "Flark" Prins Homeship with 130 HP inboard engine, bow and stern thruster, 2 spud poles and a generator will be for sale again. It has been used for many years as a B&B in the city center of Groningen but has served as a pied-à-terre for the current owner who is sailing around the world and is leaving again this spring, which is why it is back on the market! It is currently viewable near Sneek but will come to our sales harbor at Goliath in Sneek in March 2026. The boat is solidly built, fully equipped with everything you need.If desired, a berth for the ship is also available in a beautiful harbor at Sneekermeer. Renting the ship is also an option. In May and September 2024, the Flark was out of the water for an inspection and maintenance (a slipway treatment, underwater ship treatment). Inspection report available. This ship is equipped with CE certification pleasure craft CE-D.
This Prins Homeship 1350/1325 has a unique monohull underwater ship and is seen as a steel motor yacht with really good (professional) sailing characteristics with the comfort of a houseboat.
Luxuriously furnished Houseboat with all conveniences. Luxury kitchen with combi oven/microwave, a new dishwasher from ETNA (2025), sufficient cupboard space, large refrigerator, and 4-burner electric stove fully equipped with, among other things, Krups coffee machine, kettle, dishes, cutlery, glasses, and pans. Spacious bathroom with shower, electric toilet, and sink. Cozy furnished front and back room. The front room is equipped with a cozy wood stove (besides central heating).
