SANOOK Princess 23Sanook is turnkey and ready to cruise. Thanks to an exceptionally well-tracked maintenance and refit programme, the new owner does not need to plan for any refit costs or major works before use. This is an ideal option for anyone looking to start cruising right from the moment of purchase.Sanook is a Princess 23M, built by the British shipyard Princess Yachts (year 2004, renovated in 2022). It is the largest flybridge model in this generation of the Princess range, designed for coastal cruising and multi-day trips, suited to family use or gatherings with friends. The yacht measures 23 metres in length with a beam of 6 metres, and offers 4 cabins that can accommodate up to 12 guests in maximum configuration (see Pullman Option section below). Based at Royal Phuket Marina, Thailand, it has been used privately and for occasional charter, with a permanent crew on board.Exterior Layout Cockpit and aft deck: a large outdoor living area with a table and U-shaped seating, ideal for al fresco dining. Flybridge: an outdoor helm station with a driving area, lounge corner and sunpad, protected by a retractable bimini. Foredeck: a clear walkway area extending to the bow. Swim platform: an aft platform providing easy water access and tender launching.Leisure equipment: 4.6 metre tender with a Yamaha 60hp outboard (new in 2024) jet ski snorkelling gear, paddleboard, inflatable kayaks, 2 x Seabobs, diving equipment Interior and Life on BoardThe main salon is an open, bright space, with large windows all around providing a good view of the surroundings from the seating areas. The interior combines varnished woodwork with light-coloured upholstery, in a classic and warm style. The galley, located on the main deck, includes a stone worktop, a hob, an oven, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. The main appliances were renewed during the 2024–2025 refit. An interior helm station complements the outdoor flybridge station, with navigation instruments upgraded in 2025–2026 (multifunction display, radar, GPS).Cabins and Sleeping ArrangementsThe yacht offers 4 cabins: Master cabin (full beam): a double bed, three vertical hull windows, a walk-in wardrobe, a safe, and an en-suite bathroom with a massage shower, bathtub, toilet, bidet and marble finishes. VIP cabin (full beam, forward): a double bed, oval windows on each side, and an en-suite bathroom. 2 twin cabins: each with two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, and an integrated audio system. This gives 4 en-suite bathrooms in total, one per cabin. Maximum capacity: 12 guests overnight (2 in the Master, 2 in the VIP, 4 plus 4 in the two twin cabins fitted with the Pullman option, see below).Technical Characteristics and HandlingSanook is powered by two MTU diesel engines producing 1,520hp each, a more powerful setup than many comparable yachts, giving it good performance and a solid power reserve. Its fairly heavy hull provides good stability and a comfortable ride in choppy conditions. It cruises between 15 and 23 knots depending on conditions. Its fuel capacity (5,900 litres) and fresh water capacity (1,500 litres) allow for good autonomy on multi-day trips. The engines have a well-documented maintenance history, including a full overhaul of the starboard engine in 2025 and regular servicing of both engines. They were fully operational and sea-trialled in December 2025.Constant, Rigorously Tracked Maintenance and InvestmentSanook has not simply undergone a one-off refit: it has been the subject of a continuous maintenance and investment programme, methodically tracked and documented since 2023, with invoices and service records kept for every intervention. This consistency of record-keeping is one of the features that most distinguishes this boat in the Princess 23M market.Major work carried out includes: New generator installed in 2024 (27.5kVA), replacing the original unit. New teak decking throughout, laid in 2024. Full hull restoration in 2024, including a complete exterior finish treatment (gelcoat). Air conditioning fully renewed in 2025. Full overhaul of the starboard engine in 2025, with a scheduled regular servicing programme for both engines. Navigation instruments upgraded in 2025–2026 (multifunction display, radar, GPS). Galley appliances renewed during the 2024–2025 refit. New tender and Yamaha 60hp outboard in 2024.This year-on-year continuity, rather than a one-off refresh ahead of the sale, gives a prospective buyer real visibility into the boat's condition and a genuine guarantee of maintenance discipline.Contact UsAsia Global YachtingTHAILAND | INDONESIA | JAPAN | HONG KONG | SINGAPOREEmilien Rio+33 6 82 61 45 08emilien@asiaglobalyachting.com
