An exceptional example of Sunseeker's Manhattan 60
This 2007 Manhattan 60 has been kept to a standard that shows the moment you step aboard. Navy topsides over a white boot stripe, white superstructure, and teak laid on the side decks, cockpit, flybridge and bathing platform — she has the presence of a much newer boat and has been maintained under guardianage throughout.
Her twin MAN 900 hp common-rail diesels drive through V-drive gearboxes and have covered only 991 hours. The deep-V hull with its propeller semi-tunnels was measured at 29.9 knots and settles into a comfortable 23-knot cruise, with a Kohler 13 kW generator, reverse-cycle air conditioning, a Victron 24 V charging and inverter installation and a reverse-osmosis watermaker supporting long stays at anchor.
Accommodation is the classic three-cabin Manhattan layout: a full-beam owner's suite amidships with its own bathroom, a 32" television and two safes; a VIP double forward, en suite; and a twin cabin with access to the second bathroom — six guests in all, with a two-berth crew cabin aft fitted with the washer-dryer. The galley sits on the lower deck with granite worktops, a Bosch dishwasher and additional refrigeration in place of the standard layout's laundry, while the saloon carries a 43" LG smart television on a rise-and-fall mechanism and a wine cooler. Satin cherry joinery, cream leather and sprung mattresses in every cabin.
On deck she wants for very little: a Hi-Lo hydraulic bathing platform, a telescopic hydraulic passerelle, teak tables in the cockpit and on the flybridge, a navy bimini on a stainless frame, Lewmar C3 stern docking winches, bow and stern thrusters with dedicated controls at the lower helm, low-level LED deck lighting and four blue underwater lights. Two complete cushion sets, a full cockpit shade awning and fitted instrument and seat covers come with her.
Navigation has been brought up to date with a Raymarine Axiom 12 Plus RealVision, working alongside the original Raymarine package — E120 radar/chartplotters at the lower helm and flybridge, a 48" open-array scanner, ST6002+ autopilot, ST60 log and depth, Raystar 125 GPS and a colour aft-view camera — with MAN MMDS-LC engine monitoring at the helm.
