The Dübbel & Jesse "Masaya" that we offer you is a high-quality aluminum sailing yacht, built by Yachtbau Dübbel & Jesse, Norderney Germany. The design by Mr. Dübbel is suitable for two people to sail around the world. The yacht and all systems have been regularly maintained. The hull weighs about 30 tons and has an encapsulated lead keel with bulb for good sailing performance and high initial stability. The deck layout is very well thought out so that the boat can also be sailed with a small crew. There is a cockpit where steering is done and all controls can be found. In the central cockpit, there are also the necessary navigation, control systems, and a joystick for steering. All sails are operated hydraulically with a Reckmann system. The teak cladding is glued on the deck and cabin roof and is in good condition. The yacht is comfortable and suitable for long sea voyages and permanent living on board. The interior is finished with light apple birch/quilted birch wood with a beautiful grain structure. Upon entering the salon, to port is the seating area with underfloor heating. Opposite to starboard, you will find the navigation corner and a spacious kitchen. Through the passage on the starboard side, you enter the owner's cabin with en-suite bathroom. In the forepeak, there is a guest cabin with its own bathroom and toilet. The boat is equipped with central heating and underfloor heating in the seating area. There is an air conditioning system with a CLD cooling water system (not used by the last owner) with controls in each cabin. The 12 dorade air vents ensure a constant supply of fresh air inside. The windows are made of 22 mm thick laminated and chemically tempered glass.
Under the central cockpit is the engine room where the Mercedes MTU is installed. The space is easily accessible for inspection and service. There is an extensive technical installation and it is equipped with, among other things, a generator, water maker, central heating, and hydraulically operated roller mainsail and roller foresails and multiple solar panels.
