Lagoon 50, 2019 — genuine Owner version, EU VAT paid, Monaco flag. One private owner from new, never chartered. Approx. 1,350 engine hours, serviced annually (last service April 2026).
True Owner layout: the entire starboard hull is the owner's suite, with private head, shower and dressing. The port hull holds two guest cabins, each en-suite, plus a central cabin. Each bow has a forepeak: to starboard a working bathroom (WC, basin and shower), to port a crew cabin now used as storage/spares, easily converted back.
