Boat Description
Leisure 27SL, 1989, twin keel, BETA DIESEL (2019 with only 22 engine hours!!), full canopy and sprayhood, lovely interior, a really super family boat! 2024 survey.
MECHANICAL
Beta K39062 20hp inboard diesel engine installed new in December 2018, with only around 22 hours running. Shaft drive to 13x9 r/h 3 blade propeller.
ELECTRICAL
Alternator charging to 3 x 12v batteries. Solar panel. 240v shore power with battery monitor.
NAVIGATION
Compass, log, Cobra DSC VHF radio, Simrad tillerpilot, clock and barometer, navigation lights, steaming light, tri-colour light and anchor light.
SAFETY
Lifebuoy, fire extinguisher, manual bilge pump.
DECK GEAR
Stainless steel pushpit, pulpit and guardwires, blue sprayhood, cockpit canopy with stainless steel frame, boarding ladder, tiller, spinnaker pole, sheet winches and halyard winches, davits, anchor with chain and warp, fender step, mooring warps.
SAILS
Slab reefing in-boom mainsail with blue mainsail cover. Genoa roller reefing system with furling genoa. Storm jib. Spinnaker. All lines led aft to cockpit.
DOMESTIC
Her galley has a Plastimo Atlantic gas cooker with 2 burners, oven and grill (cooker disconnected - needs new gas hose), sink with water supply from 14 gallon fixed water tank. Separate heads compartment with Jabsco marine toilet and wash basin. Beige upholstery (renewed 4 years ago) Curtains and carpets.

5 berths in 2 cabins.

REMARKS
Purchased by her present owner in 2024 and a survey was carried out at the time with most recommendations carried out (gas system needs reconnecting by gas engineer, new fire extinguisher needed, sheet winches need servicing), "Lyra" has had much recent investment. A new Beta 20hp diesel was fitted in December 2018, also new upholstery 6 years ago, new cockpit bimini enclosure in 2022 and very nice in-boom mainsail reefing. She is a really good example!
