The sailing yacht with the name Rebell has been registered in the shipping register in Bremen since 1987. She measures 15.92 m in length overall, 4.10 m in width and has a draught of 2.20 m. The weight is approx. 23 tons.
Originally, the Reinke was started on the basis of the Hydra plans and in the course of the twenty years of construction it was extended by about 1m and also widened by about 1m. The Reinke was built with great care and craftsmanship by a shipyard worker with great dedication.

Inside:
In the bow area, the bathroom has a shower, in the stern an outdoor shower with cold water is installed.
The saloon is comfortably designed: a large table can be folded alongside for passage to the bow cabin. The seat backrests on both sides can also be folded up, creating two comfortable sleeping berths.
In addition, the salon offers a library and various storage spaces for personal belongings and equipment. The headroom is approx. 2.20 m and provides a generous feeling of space.
Galley:
The kitchen is functional and comfortable: it has a double sink, a refrigerator, a three-burner gas stove with gas oven (gimbal) and a microwave with grill function. The gas supply is from the walk-in locker, in which three 5.5 kg gas cylinders are stored. These are safely controlled by an electric gas switch.
In the passageway to the owner's cabin there is a freezer with a capacity of approx. 180 litres, whose compressor can be operated both electrically and via the drive motor.
The water supply is provided by a pressure-controlled pump. The pump was renewed in 2022. Hot water (stainless steel tank approx. 60 liters) is generated via the inner engine cooling circuit, but could also be heated electrically, switches and cables are available, but currently not connected.
Electrics:
Numerous 220V sockets are installed throughout the boat. When connected to shore power, conventional household appliances can be operated conveniently almost anywhere.
In addition, an inverter is installed, which can be used to operate selected sockets with 230 V even without connected shore power. In addition, electrical energy can be generated via a gasoline generator. The 12-volt on-board electrical system is powered by two lithium-ion batteries installed in 2022. The two batteries for the 24-volt supply of the bow thruster and the windlass were replaced in June 2025.
A charger for connecting solar panels is already installed and allows the on-board batteries to be charged. Two other new chargers are available as a reserve or to expand the system.
Machine:
The ship has an engine room with an integrated workshop, which makes the engine easily accessible. A Perkins 4.192 diesel engine is installed – a robust and reliable 4-cylinder engine with a displacement of approx. 3.15 litres and an output of around 50 kW. The engine has a mileage of around 1,377 operating hours. Fuel consumption is low and is about 2.0 l/h at a speed of 600–700 rpm.
Other:
In general, there is a very extensive range of spare parts and tools on board, including sewage pumps, hoses, cables, screws, nuts, rivets, lines, sheets, fuses, paints, lubricants and various fabrics.
The boat is also equipped with two tarpaulins for the cockpit: an older one for winter storage and a newer one for summer operation.
Among other things, an air compressor is installed in the walk-in locker. From there, compressed air lines lead to the workbench in the engine room, which opens up practical work opportunities on board.
Maintenance:
In April 2022, the entire underwater hull was expertly renewed by a shipyard.
In the course of this, the hull was waxed and polished, all sea valves were renewed and the three front windows in the cockpit were resealed. Also in 2022, both toilets were replaced.
In August 2024, the genoa and jib were completely overhauled, including renewal of UV protection. In July 2025, a new ROCNA U-anchor (33 kg, hot-dip galvanized, value: €905) was installed.
The boat is sold complete with all the equipment, including life jackets, boatswain's chair and other accessories. On request, new ocean-going clothing can also be taken over. The diesel tank holds approx. 750 liters.
The boat is currently ashore in Lauterbach on Rügen; the mast was laid. The standing rigging was to be renewed - an offer from September 2025 has already been submitted. The engine runtime is 1,377 hours; Maintenance should be carried out on the engine (oil and filter change) and on the powertrain (transmission oil change and oil seals).
