Unfortunately, I must sell my beloved Monsun due to health reasons. Over the years, I have invested a lot of time and money into renovations. Today, she is in excellent condition. Whoever buys her will have no work or money to invest.

The Hallberg-Rassy Monsun 31 is a renowned, seaworthy design with an exceptionally high production number. This design by Olle Enderlein from the late '70s is characterized by good and stable sailing behavior and serves as a prime example of the quality that has rightfully established Hallberg-Rassy's reputation as a shipyard.
The interior is very spacious for a 31-foot boat. Upon entering, the galley is located to starboard and the navigation corner to port. The salon table can be lowered, and the backrests in the salon can be folded up for additional sleeping spaces. Even a bedside lamp has been considered. The bow features a wet room with a toilet and pull-out sink. At the very front, there is a double cabin with a V-berth.
The winter storage in Orth a. Fehmarn can be taken over.
Unfortunately, I must sell the yacht due to health reasons.
In the last 8 years, I have invested more than €25,000 into the ship.
I have continuously renewed and maintained my yacht. There are no construction sites; just some areas here and there that need attention.
The teak deck is in very good condition. Currently, I am renewing the plugs on the screws and addressing some seams here and there. Nothing more is needed.
The underwater hull and hull are in top condition.
Engine:
Yanmar 29 HP with 3-blade propeller, 4000 hours, overhauled in 2023 with new seals and O-rings; starter replaced in 2023. New tank (60l) in the port cockpit locker.
