Approximately €35,000 has been invested in this beautiful Dehler Optima 98 with an aft cabin since 2022: new Volvo D1-30 engine with saildrive and 3-blade adjustable propeller, Seldén boom with single-line reefing system, Garmin plotter, AIS, other electronics, new diesel heater, water heater, lithium batteries, seacocks, standing rigging, interior paneling, bowsprit, and many other items have been renewed. Interior layout with forward cabin with double berth, saloon with retractable table, toilet to starboard at the companionway. Aft cabin with two single berths, the port berth being open to the saloon/navigation station.
Well-maintained interior, bow and aft cabins insulated and new paneling installed. Head and engine room fans and aft bulkhead replaced. Mattress replaced.
Hydraulic wheel steering. Rudder shaft sealed, hydraulics overhauled.
Seacocks replaced. Fuel level sender and gauge replaced, tank cleaned.
NMEA 2000. Barometer, clock.
Seldén main boom with single-line reefing system and boom kicker, standing rigging renewed. Lazy bag. 2-speed winch with stopper renewed. 7 winches in total. 2 single-line reefing systems operable from the cockpit.
Bilge pump, emergency tiller, self-draining cockpit.
Sprayhood with one-piece windscreen and cockpit tent. Hull windows. Bowsprit with anchor roller and Rocna 10 kg anchor (renewed). Beautiful teak in the cockpit. Deck mooring lines.
