Other than "standard" Dufour yachts, the 63 exclusive was built to highest standards including fully laminated bulkheads. This leads to exceptional sailing characteristics and an extremely stiff hull.
The vessel is equipped with an intelligent state-of-the-art Mastervolt energy management system, consisting of a Fischer Panda genset, a strong 110A alternator, 20kWh of lithium batteries and inverter/chargers capable of delivering 7kW continuously - enough to power the air-condition from the batteries. If the genset is used to recharge the batteries, the strong chargers allow extremely fast and efficient refilling of the energy storage.

All electrical connections have been made using marine-grade tinned wiring.
