The Condor Comtess 44 is a solidly built polyester motor yacht offering pleasant handling characteristics at both slow and fast cruising speeds. The yacht is easy to access and features flush, safe side decks all around. From the side decks, the aft deck or bathing platform can be reached via the stern stairs.

On the aft deck, there are two long, comfortable benches positioned opposite each other, providing an excellent view of the surroundings and direct connection with both the interior steering position and the flybridge. The existing bimini top offers a shaded area on sunny days.

The interior of this Condor Comtess is in well-maintained condition and approximately 90% completed. The spacious saloon offers plenty of natural light and good visibility outside. It is furnished with a longitudinal bench seat, an opposite storage wall, and the interior steering position. The steering bench can be used either as a double steering seat or as a longitudinal bench.

In the front ship, you’ll find the galley, a sanitary room, and a sleeping area. The galley is spacious, featuring a well-equipped kitchen and a generous dinette for comfortable onboard dining. The forward sanitary room is centrally accessible but still requires completion.

At the aft ship, the corridor leads to the engine room and the owner's cabin. The owner’s cabin is with a freestanding, spacious double bed, ample wardrobe space, and a private sanitary room with electric toilet and washing/shower facilities.

Over the years, the current owner has brought this Condor Comtess up to modern technical standards and adapted it to personal preferences. Recently, one of the engines failed, and the other is overheating (2x MAN, 2146 M12). Due to these issues and the age of the engines, replacement of both is likely necessary.
