This 2022 BALI CATSPACE is presented in the desirable 3-cabin Owner’s Version, offering an excellent balance between volume, comfort and ease of use. The saloon and aft cockpit form a large open-plan space, while the L-shaped galley opens directly toward the forward cockpit through a wide serving window. This creates a highly sociable layout, ideal for life on board and relaxed cruising.
Built in 2022, the yacht is fitted with twin Yanmar diesel engines with saildrive transmissions. The sailing setup includes a fully battened mainsail and a self-tacking solent on furler, making the boat easy to handle. Technical specifications include approximately 400 L fuel capacity, 700 L fresh water capacity, 2 x 55 L black water tanks and a 265 L refrigerator/freezer combination. The boat is also equipped with shore power, battery charger, inverter, hot water, electric and manual bilge pumps, Raymarine electronics and a hard bimini.
The vessel is CE Category A approved for 10 persons and, according to the available registration and homologation documents, may also be suitable for commercial operation / NUC use subject to final verification and compliance requirements. The boat is VAT recoverable and may be sold either as a vessel or, subject to written agreement between the parties, through the sale of the owning company.
