The X-482 is probably one of the most successful models from X-Yachts, both a fast racer and a great touring boat for the big family. With more than 7.5 tons in the keel, it sails really pleasantly in all weather conditions and the electric winches makes it easy to tack..
The modern version has 2 double aft cabins with an extra bunk which the small children love to sleep in and a very large and well-equipped owners cabin in front with own large bathroom with shower. There is also a bath and shower for the aft cabins and plenty of closet and stowage space.
The pantry is located on the port side with 2 sinks, gas stove and 2 large refrigerators. On the starboard side there is a large sofa group with seating for 8 with a table that can be lowered, so it can be used as an additional sleeping space. The navigator has a large work desk at the starboard of the saloon, where he has an good overview of all the boat's information.
This boat is extremely well-equipped with an extensive sail wardrobe and a significantly larger new Yanmar 4JH3 125 Hp engine, which helps to quickly maneuver even in bad weather. It has just undergone the most comprehensive service.
The boat has only sailed just about 10.000 nautical miles and the engine has only been used for 1140 hours, so there are many good sailing years for the new owner.
There are teak on both the deck and in the cockpit, where you can choose from the original cockpit table, a folding teak table for 8 or no table when more space for racing is needed.
