Hull
Glass / vinylester laminate with carbon reinforcements Sandwich topsides and single skin bottom Fiber reinforcements are multiaxial or unidirectional. Structural bulkheads are of veneered sandwich construction of marine grade waterproof plywood. Bottom stiffeners reinforced with unidirectional carbon and multiaxial grassfire in selected areas. GRP engine beds. Topsides finished in white gelcoat Cove and boot top stripes in dark blue gel coat. Composite mast step with movable shoe. Stainless chainplate deck fittings Bottom is faired and finished with Durepox, fine sanding to 800 grit.
Keel
Antimony alloyed lead bulb and fin with upper flange recessed into hull. Fin bolted to hull with high tensile steel bolts. Keel is faired to Zero Tolerance with template control 400 Kgs weight adjustment by 8x removable lead pigs
