We are expanding. We often used the boat as a very cozy holiday apartment directly on the water.
The boat is ready to sail. Minor repairs are always on the agenda: hitch, launch and have fun. :-)

Length 7.90 m plus bowsprit 8.30 m, beam 2.50 m, draft 0.85/1.40 m
Special features of this type of boat: Two hull windows and one bow window for wonderfully bright bow cabin; we have removed the wardrobe in the bow and thus created more freedom of movement. Brunner Polarys Freez SZ refrigerator 30 L 220v/12V is now housed there. We have removed the three-way toilet for environmental reasons (could be reinstalled) and live very well and odor-free with an organic composting toilet.
The lying width (100 cm) in the Dinett can be widened to 120 cm by lowering the table, so that there is still room to stand in front of the galley. The result was a nicer, not quite so narrow sleeping place for two.

High quality Echtermann trailer TÜV is made new, included in the price. The boat weighs 3.5 t including trailer because of its top equipment (three-burner stove, hot water boiler with outdoor shower, heating, 15 hp Vetus engine, electric anchor winch and mast laying system with stainless steel jut pole).
VETUS M2.13 engine with dual-circuit cooling and Lake Constance approval Shipyard installation without a driver's license because 15 hp (sufficiently dimensioned) with just about 75 operating hours!

The ship is specifically equipped for good sailing characteristics, but the living comfort has also been constantly improved.

2017-2019:
Teak deck completely redesigned. All deck fittings were removed, sealed and replaced.
Anchor locker (weakness of the Bigas) completely rebuilt by the boat carpenter.
All solid wood parts of the deck structure are painted at least four times.
Underwater hull completely sanded with primer and antifouling rebuilt.
Boat outlet and valve in the toilet area renewed.
New screw plus a maintenance-free shaft
The shaft coupling had already been replaced a year earlier (1200.00 euros).
