This Bavaria 42 has known only one family who has just decided (reluctantly) to sell it for age reasons.
You will find, if you come to see it, a number of things to do.
I leave the buyer the freedom to plan these things after the purchase such as: replacing a set of sails, replacing the Sail drive seal, some small cosmetic work here and there, but overall the boat deserves your attention all the more as the price displayed is very attractive today.
The interior upholstery and floors have always been protected and therefore in good condition.
The BAVARIA 42 is built according to the A design category, "Offshore" (Aa module).
This design category requires that the sailboat be suitable for long cruises with winds above 8 (Beaufort scale) and waves of more than 4 meters, thus allowing it to navigate largely by its own means.
