Bow thruster with under-beard and code D on the storage (2024). Lewmar windlass, 15 kg anchor, 50 m of chain diameter 8. Self-tacking jib and Northsail mainsail (2010) with regular maintenance (Delta Voile Marseille VP). Standing rigging checked by Delta Voile Marseille V-P, last tension check spring 2024. Lazy bag front cover (02/2022), Lazibag (03/2024) by Atelier des Voiles. All halyards and sheets return to the cockpit with 10 Spinlock clutches (replacement of 2 x 3+2 instead of 2 x 2+2) and 4 Lewmar winches. Addition and replacement of mast foot pulleys with larger diameter models, 2 spinnaker halyards (one in dyneema from 2024) + mainsail halyard replaced. Windex 15 wind vane (installation 06/2024). Roof cover with central opening and crystal protection by soltis 92% UV, Atelier des Voiles (11/2018), replacement of 2 crystals (10/2023). We also have the original NV brand roof cover for winter use. All interior lighting bulbs replaced with LEDs (1.2w and 2w). Last revisions and maintenance: February, March and April 2025: Drainage, drying and cleaning of the fresh water tank. Dismantling of all floors, benches, bedding and lockers plus inspection and cleaning of the bottoms. Visual inspection of all valves and through-hulls. Cleaning of the bilge under the sink plus dismantling and cleaning of the sea water intake filter from the sink. Haul-out on March 29, 2025: Hull stripping by BIOBOAT on 31/03/25. BIOBOAT intervention for removal of underwater paints on March 31. From the next day, Operations: Orbital sanding with 120 paper. A first coat of Nautix HPE bi-component epoxy paint. When necessary, filling of defects with Nautix WATERTIGHT resin. A second coat of Nautix HPE bi-component epoxy paint. Then two coats of Nautix A3 underwater paint. November 204: Replacement of navigation stern light (LED). September 2024, replacement of the anti-siphon elbow valve (original Vêtus part). Spring 2024, annual revision, engine oil change, filter and pre-filter gas-oil, oil filter cartridge. Lower unit oil change, impeller replacement, replacement of the rear seal and ring of the water pump, complete dismantling plus cleaning of the heat exchanger with replacement of seals and draining of the cooling circuit and replacement of the elbow seal of the exchanger. Spring 2023, annual revision, engine and lower unit oil, all filters plus impeller. Replacement of the sea water intake valve on the engine + hose to the filter and sea water pump. Replacement of the stainless steel elbow of the exchanger. Each previous year (from 2011 to 2022) and regardless of the number of engine hours: Replacement of filters and pre-filter gas-oil, oil filter cartridge, engine oil and lower unit oil, impeller, cleaning of air filter with replacement if necessary. Annual hull maintenance by myself. Annual replacement of the lower unit anode and replacement every 4 years of the electrical circuit anode. Nautix A3 Erodable underwater paint. 2018/2019, professional replacement of all valves and through-hulls (bronze CR). Addition of a sea water tap with electric pump for the sink. Replacement of the two sink drain plugs, one in 2022 and one in 2024. Installation of a 12v/220v inverter under the chart table. Installation for solar panel with wiring on bimini, Victron SmartSolar 100/30 with visualization on smartphone. Two 100w flexible solar panels. And installation of temperature control on Victron service battery with visualization on smartphone. Fresh water tank 240 liters, draining, cleaning and drying every winter. Replacement of deck shower June 2022. Replacement of manual Jabsco toilet pump June 2022.
