This 1982 C&C Landfall 48 is a true bluewater cruiser with a remarkable pedigree—having crossed the Atlantic multiple times and safely carried a family of four from the Greta Lakes to South America and back. Hand laid single unit molded FRP with end grain balsa sandwiched core, finished off in off-white gelcoat and painted in off-white with a complimentary boot and cove stripe package.
Forward Stateroom:
Double berth to centreline & to port with storage locker and holding tank underneath, storage lockers and hanging lockers to starboard, book shelves and bilge storage lockers. Enclosed head to port with separate shower.
Galley:
On starboard with a deep double sink, Force 10 burner gimbaled stove with oven and broiler (new broiler purchased yet to be installed), microwave oven, extensive cabinet storage upright refrigerator (Seafrost engine drive non-functional) and separate fridge/freezer cooled by Seafrost 12V BD12 compressor. To port there is a dinette/work area with a U shaped settee with batteries and storage beneath the seats. It makes into a sea berth for two. The electric panels are outboard.
Propane fill method: Two pressurized aluminum tanks located in stern lazarettes
Solenoid protection: LPG solenoid 12v-DC
Taylors diesel fired cabin heater mounted on the mast (with gravity fed stainless steel cabintop tank). Currently uninstalled.
Force10 BBQ mounted on stern rail and direct fed from ships propane tank
The water heater, Seaward 6 gallon is 115 volt or engine driven.
Fresh water is provided by a Spectra 380 RO Watermaker (2002). System was pickled and winterized years ago. It may be serviceable.
There is a pressure water system.
Pilot House:
Has a great view through 7 windows. To starboard is the inside helm station with Wagner hydraulic steering, instrument panel and navigation center. To port there is a dining table, a U shaped settee with storage under which makes into a seaberth. Engine room access is through floor hatches.
Aft Stateroom:
Queen sized bed to starboard, hanging locker, book shelf, drawers, lockers under bed, large locker aft of bed, midline locker, bilge storage, head to port with separate shower/tub.
Cockpit:
Edson steering, swing up varnished teak table, locker and ample seating with closed cell foam cushions in Sunbrella
Lazarette:
Ample storage for dock lines, hoses, electric cables, spare propeller, extra anchor rodes, emergency rigging repair, and spare control cables. It provides access to the steering mechanism. Below sub-floor, the holding tank for aft head

The standing rig is 1/2 & 3/8 inch 1 x 19 SS wire with swaged terminals to turnbuckles and toggles.
The forestay is fitted with Harken Mark II roller furling and the inner forestay with Hood Seafurl roller furling.
The main is on Harken bat cars with lazy Jacks.
Boom secured by QuikVang mechanical vang.

The windlass is an Ideal vertical with drum and gypsy. There are sufficient lines and fenders to properly moor the vessel.
