The Dash 750 MKII is the result of an evolution in design, incorporating a range of innovative upgrades from it's predecessor (F-24MKII) and sister (Sprint 750MKI and MKII). These enhancements include: Sleek, modern deck styling Lightweight, vacuum-bagged GRP construction with carbon reinforcement in high-stress areas A significantly brighter saloon featuring a new clear white GRP liner Lightweight full-carbon beams with an aluminum folding system for easy berthing and trailering Upgraded cabin carpet liners with upholstery A removable dining table that converts into a main bunk extension Larger floats for improved performance and greater stability Increased headroom and space in the forward V-berth created by a higher deck profile Extended and reinforced seat backs for a cleaner, more refined finish A new internal shelf positioned near the cockpit for easy access to phones, wallets, keys, and other essentials A spacious cabin with standing headroom beneath a new sliding pop-top with gas struts for effortless operationThe Dash 750 MKII shares many key design features with the Corsair Sprint 750 and 750MKII, which offers more cockpit space and less interior volume. As a result, both models are virtually one-design, allowing them to race competitively together in both open and club racing. The hull, floats, folding mechanism, rudder, daggerboard, rig, and sails are identical on both models. The only difference is weight—the Dash is approximately 60 kg/ 130lbs heavier than the Sprint due to its enhanced cruising comfort and amenities. Some of my personal favorite attributes of the 750MKII is the mast raising system and set-up time. Along with the current model (760) and predecessors (750MKI), this is the fastest set-up time and easiest mast raising system of all Corsair models. This particular Dash 750MKII, PAXMENTIS, remains in excellent condition having been cared for by a diligent and intelligent owner. After her purchase in February 2020, she was lightly used, primarily for four annual trips to California. Sailing occurred mostly within the sheltered waters of Marina del Rey, with minimal excursions beyond the breakwater. Professional monitoring, regular cleaning, detailing, and bottom maintenance were consistently performed. In March 2024, the vessel was relocated to Deltaville, where she saw limited use until her transfer to Norfolk in April 2025. Since arriving in Norfolk, she has been sailed on four brief occasions. She is the prefect boat for days sailing, weekend camping, and the occasional multi-day coastal cruise. Significant upgrades in 2021 include the installation of a new carbon/technora jib, Harken furler, and Harken Mainsail Track system, enabling the primary sail controls to be operated from the cockpit. Other notable recent upgrades include... Solar System Tiller Pilot Exterior Wash and Thorough Interior Clean 2026 Colligo ide stay 2026 Bow nets 2026 Daggerboard lines More...
