DESCRIPTION: Only one owner. Permanent berth in Rungsted since 1975.

The boat has generally not been used much, so both the boat and equipment are in unusually good condition throughout. For several years, it has been stored on land well wrapped to allow the owner to pursue other summer activities. For the last 25 years, it has only been used for a few short day trips in the local area, often without the mast mounted. The boat's high maintenance condition should be seen.

The boat is on land at Rungsted Harbor for inspection, ready for launching. Bottom painted, polished, extensive service of the engine, etc.

YEAR, BOAT: 1973 (Launched for the first time in 1974), LM27

ENGINE, -YEAR & -HOURS: Engine Bukh DV20ME 1973, run 1383 hours. Starts effortlessly even after a winter standstill. Runs fine with oil pressure and water temperature as indicated in the operating manual. Has never failed. Thermostat installed. Major service this year includes: Cylinder head removed for inspection. Pressure tested, planed, valves ground, injectors checked and new head gasket. No noticeable wear in cylinder walls. New thermostat. Oil and filter change, impeller and zinc anode replacement. Shaft packing boxes, oil lubricated, have been replaced. Shaft and gear console replaced with a new more service-friendly version. Several new relevant spare parts included.

MAST, RIG & SAILS: Mast and rig from manufacturer “Selden”, in unusually good condition. VHF antenna as well as anchor and top lights installed at the top. Spinnaker pole. Main sail, jib, genoa, gennaker. Used but in good condition. New spinnaker never used.

NAVIGATION, EQUIPMENT & ELECTRONICS: GPS Magellan, Depth sounder, VHF, and Compass Start battery and 3 service batteries. Plenty of anchors, drift anchor, ropes, sheets and halyards, all in almost unused condition or completely new. Life jackets, safety harness with lifeline, horseshoe buoy etc.

ABOUT THE INTERIOR: Teak plank flooring in cockpit leading to the hull side. Cabin and cushions have only been used very limitedly and are therefore in unusually fine condition. Cushions made of solid materials with foam and fabric. Canopy used but in good condition. Winter canopy has only been used a little. Completely new canopy and boom cover included. Brand new cushions for cockpit. 2 gas burners, pantry and toilet sink with water from electric pump. Dishes, cutlery etc. New refrigerator with compressor (+15 – -20 degrees).
