Vollenhoven's round fisherman modelWilster – characterful Vollenhoven round fisherman in excellent condition The Wilster is a beautifully lined Vollenhoven round fisherman model, built in 1985 by De Scheepbouwers BV in Werkendam (construction number 854). This classic Dutch flat-bottomed yacht combines an authentic appearance with solid craftsmanship and modern comfort. With its warm woodwork, well-maintained rigging, and sturdy lines, it is a striking presence on any waterway. With a length of 8.10 meters, a width of 3.10 meters, and a shallow draft of only 0.70 meters, the Wilster is extremely suitable for both spacious inland waters and shallow navigation areas. Thanks to the folding mast, the air draft when lowered is only 2 meters, while it is approximately 10 meters when standing. On board, you have practical facilities such as a poti-poti toilet, a stainless steel water tank of about 100 liters, an aluminum diesel tank of about 40 liters, a Garmin handheld GPS, a VHF radio, and a 3-color top light. The Wilster has been carefully maintained and improved over the years. In 2003, a reliable Volvo Penta MD2030 was installed by VEHA Groningen. The underwater hull was blasted in 2001 by Elzinga in Irnsum.
