This Najad 370 was built on Orust, an island on the west coast of Sweden with a long history of boat building and pride for good craftmanship. The Najad 370 is designed to be a sturdy, comfortable and secure yacht, built to perform well in both coastal and off shore sailing. The yacht is a true long distance cruiser that is slim enough for day sailing and for entering those small exotic harbours along the coast. Designed for both double and single handed sailing, the center cockpit ensures comfort and security in all weather conditions. From here you have good control of all lines and a good view over the yacht. The width of the side decks and foredeck gives secure passage and excellent room for sail handling. Najad 370, TEMPTATION had a more powerful 6.3 kW bow thruster installed, making maneuvering in narrow harbours very easy. TEMPTATION is equipped with a reliable Volvo Penta MD22, 57hp engine, which has been well maintained over the years and only has 1820 hours on the clock. Her sails are also in good condition and are approximately 10 seasons old. The interior is well layed out, with beautiful Mahogany woodwork throughout the yacht that has been very well maintained and is in very good to excellent condition for her age. The Najad 370 was conceived as a floating home and much thought has gone into the layout. You will find her safe and comfortable to move around below deck, even in rough seas. TEMPTATION is a great value yacht with a lot of potential. The current owner has enjoyed TEMPTATION for four years in Danmark and the archipelago of Gothenburg on the western side of Sweden. Her main harbour is at Björlanda Kile, 20 minutes from downtown Gothenburg. The owner is looking to downsize to a smaller yacht due to age. The yacht has been extensively upgraded over the past 23 years, including new navigation equipment, standing rigging, replacement gearbox, upholstery, deck hatches, sprayhood and cockpit enclosure, batteries and seacocks. In total, more than €40,000 has been invested in upgrades and replacements. Key Facts • Mahogany interior in excellent condition for yacht’s age. • Sails in good condition.
