- Complete restoration of interiors (carpentry, flooring, seat upholstery, ceilings and cabins, viscoelastic mattress, etc.).
- Hull painting.
- Osmosis treatment by specialized technicians.
- Engine completely disassembled and updated by official YANMAR service. Hours indicated: approximate since the update.
- Standing and running rigging replaced. Blocks, stoppers, replaced. Rigid backstay, etc.
- Self-tailing genoa winches.
- Folding propeller with silicone (and shaft).
- Removable davits.
- Anti-rolling cover (not installed, check condition).

Its interior volume is remarkable, with a salon that can accommodate up to 8 people, a very complete L-shaped kitchen, two good double cabins with plenty of storage, a spacious bathroom with shower, and a well-sized and well-equipped chart table.
The deck is quite flat, making it very comfortable and safe both while sailing and at anchor. The stern area is accessible and very practical for swimming, with a well-sized ladder.
The cockpit has a large storage locker, very necessary for stowage. At the helm, we have a console with the B&G touch plotter, the wind equipment, and a bidata that indicates depth and speed.
All the maneuvering has been redirected to the cockpit, where it has 2 winches for the piano (halyards, etc.) and 2 good-sized self-tailing winches for the genoa sheets (not original).
In addition to the rigging, all the lines and halyards are new, which also facilitates sailing maneuvers.
The anchor locker is large and has an electric windlass, which has also been updated.
