X- Yacht 119. This racing sailboat of 12 meters (40 feet) is a beautifully maintained gem, designed by Niels Jeppesen. Renowned for its elegance and speed, ask for the "Sunday Punch." This is its second owner; the first was a Frenchman who kept it moored in Port Grimaud. It offers a remarkable balance between comfort and sportiness. Its rigging includes backstays, 2 mainsails, 1 genoa, 1 storm jib, 1 025 Spy, 1 Big Boy. Weighing approximately 5 tons, with a draft of 2 meters and a beam of 3.29 meters, it is a fast and well-balanced sailboat. The engine, although original, has been used very little and has been maintained annually.
It is in excellent condition and very well maintained. The batteries date from January 2024. Last year, in addition to refurbishing the hull and servicing the engine, a 75-liter black water tank was installed. The heating system is equipped with vents in the cabins, the saloon, and the toilets. It has a powerful oven and an electric refrigerator. The interior lighting is entirely provided by LEDs.
Four years ago, in Saint-Tropez, all layers of paint were stripped down to the gelcoat, which turned out to be in excellent condition, with no signs of osmosis. Four layers of epoxy primer were then applied, followed by four layers of antifouling paint.

The battery charger, the 220 V sockets, and the water heater are powered by the dock's electrical network (two cables are needed: one connects to the boat's system and the other is an extension cord, very practical in ports where the electrical pylons are far away).
It is devoid of a cockpit cover and bimini (it is a racing boat); it's like equipping a Formula 1 with tractor wheels. It does not have a distress beacon but has a Plastimo liferaft for 6 or 8 people. It is not equipped with radar. Sails: 2 mainsails, 1 genoa, 1 double headsail (roller-furling, so it does not need to be taken out of its furler; it also serves as a storm spinnaker), 1 storm jib, 1 spinnaker 025, 1 big boy.
