Extended transom, German Frers-designed Nautor Swan 68. Hull No. 4 of 24 launched and presented in fantastic condition. Versatile 4-cabin, 4-heads, plus crew layout with galley forwards.FURTHER BROKER’S COMMENTS:Originally launched as ‘SOLLEONE’ for the chairman of Nautor Swan, she was the first Swan 68 to feature four guest cabins with a galley forward arrangement, allowing greater separation from guests and crew. In 2000, she was sold to her second owner and relocated to the Baltic Sea and renamed ‘CYGNUS MONTANUS’. In 2004, her third owner moved her to the south of Italy, renaming her ‘CARDILLO FOREVER’ and undertaking a major refit during 2006/07 where many systems were upgraded and her hydraulic bowthruster installed. In 2013, she was sold to her current owners and renamed EXPLOTADOT. She spent most of the 2014 season in refit in Genoa and then was refitted again in 2019 ahead of a planned trans-Atlantic and Pacific adventure. Due to Covid, the voyage was cut short and the boat remained in the Caribbean for an extended period before being shipped back to the Mediterranean by cargo. The engine had been comprehensively overhauled and therefore carries very low hours relative to her age.EXPLOTADOT boasts many specification highlights including:-• 4-cabin, 4-heads, plus crew interior layout with centreline double aft owner’s cabin • Teak interior joinery• Extended transom hull with large reverse transom and fold out bathing platform• 3.50m draft performance keel with lead bulb• Twin cockpit layout with aft helm cockpit and central guest cockpit• Awlgrip ‘Snow White’ painted topsides• Replaced teak decks• White-painted aluminium mast • Carbon canoe boom• Removable inner forestay for staysail• Harken hydraulic, electric and manual self-tailing winch package • B&G Hercules navigation instruments • B&G Zeus chart plotters with 4G broadband radar • AIS transceiver• Sailor Iridium satellite phone system • KVH Mini-V Sat broadband Commbox modem with antenna at mast • Yachtspot Internet Wi-Fi system• Perkins Sabre M185C 185hp6-cylinder engine with MaxProp 3-bladed feathering propeller• MaxPower hydraulic retractable bowthruster• Kohler 20Kw diesel generator• Victron Energy battery charger and inverter package• HRO Parker Seafari 285 litres per hours reverse osmosis watermaker• Dometic 220vAC reverse-cycle air-conditioning system• 24vDC ventilation fans• GN Space stove• Multiple fridge/freezers with 24vDC compressors• Vacuflush fresh-water electric heads• KVH Tracvision satellite M7 antenna• LG TV’s in saloon and owner’s stateroom• Beko 220vAC 6kgs washer/dryer• Carbon fibre passarelle• Tender & outboardRECENT REFIT HIGHLIGHTS:2026• New antifouling• New anodes• Teak treatment & new teak caulking• Chain and anchor painted and marked• Genoa and mainsail cleaned and washed• New checkstays• Full removal, inspection, and servicing of all seacocks• Replacement of all seawater strainers/filters• Engine service• Generator service• New Vetus flexible engine mounts • Hydraulic systems service• Propeller inspection and service• Inspection and servicing of the propeller shaft seal (stern gland)• New manual bilge pump• New bathroom pumps & black water tank • New mooring lines (×4)2024• New Engine head• New running rigging• New mainsheet2021• Mast removed & full rig inspection2019• Overhaul of Perkins engine• Overhaul of Kohler generator• New 24vDC fridge and freezer system• New 44,000 BTU Dometic Air-conditioning system• New HRO watermaker• New battery banks• Overhaul of seacocks• New GN Espace galley stove• New cockpit canvas• New life raft• New anchor chain• New LED lighting systems• New fire extinguisher system• Overhaul of plumbing systems• New boom awning• New mainsail cover• New cockpit cushions• New Elvstrom asymmetric spinnaker — 350 m²• New AIS• New Electrical system• New interior audio speakers• Windlass service• New larger sprayhood• New Bimini2017• New Code Zero — Toni Tio2016• New standing rigging (completed in Jacksonville)2014• Hull and deck repainted• New teak decks• New boom • New North Sail Mainsail• New North Sail Genoa• New North Sails storm jib • Fitment of New Kohler 20kw generator• Engine removed from boat and fully overhauled• Opening transom/bathing platform with manual opening installed• New flush deckhead hatches• Overhaul and recondition of all Harken deck gear• New Harken electric mainsheet winch• New entertainment systems installed• New washer/dryer• Reconditioning of MaxProp propeller• Installation of Victron charger/inverters• New B&G instrument package including plotters, radar, AIS, and blackbox VHF • New exterior speakers• New sprayhood (smaller size)• New TVsEU VAT paid and UK Part-1 British Registered, EXPLOTADOT is available for immediate delivery afloat in Badalona, Spain.*** Possibility to take over the berth ***Full set of photo including more than 300 images available on request
