Felicia is the last P28 built (number 536). P28 is the great nautical project of Harry Hallberg. As one of the last 36 of her class after 500, she has a reverse stern giving a little extra length. This also gives more storage space aft of the cockpit and a little lift in a large following sea. She a really brave boat with a long keel (keel weight 1300 kg). The deck material is teak, installed in 1997. The propeller has fixed 3 blade.

She has been stored indoors during the winter for the last few years. I own Felicia since 2021 and invest a lot of heart, work and money to improve her. I bought new sails: 3 made of FLEX ULTRA (laminat) by Bryt Sails (main 18m2, genoa 23,2m2, jib 14,2m2), storm jib made of Polyant storm organge dacron 6m2 and spinnaker made od Super Kote 75 - 49,2m2. The new sails give her more speed and comfort of sailing is pretty good.
The previous owner had the boat surveyed before purchase in 2018 by his brother who is an experienced naval architect, specialising in yachts. I did the same in 2021. She is in a great condition for her age and needs to be seen to be understood.

On board you can find original P28 (signed) crockery and cutlery.
Other equipment: 2 main sails (1 dacron and 1 FLEX ULTRA both in a great condition), 2 jibs (1 dacron and 1 FLEX U. both in a great condition), genoa (FLEX U. in a great condition), brand new storm jib (never used) and spinnaker (used a few times, color blue), Garmin 16 GPS chartplotter with sub and charts for Baltic and North Sea, VHF and AIS, impeller log, echosounder, autopilot Raymarine 07 (brand new autopilot tiller drive), solar panel, batteries x 3 (225 Ah), shore power converter, anchor, brand new shore anchor tape, winches and sheets, mooring lines and fenders, main sail cover, brand new genoa cover on relling, spray hood, full cockpit hood, a winter hood/cover, toilet, water tank, waste tank, diesel tank, fridge (cooler box), spirit cooker, pots and pans, diaphragm bilge pump, mattresses in an excellent condition. This year (2026) I have restoredthe stairs inside.

Extras: life raft (Lalizas for 4 persons, attested untill June 2028), a winterstand/base to keep the boat at land.

I am selling Felicia because I have to change the priorities. Otherwise, I would never want to sell Felicia. I hope she will go to a caring owner.
