GENERAL DESCRIPTION DAG, the 23.60-metre Nautor Swan 77, is hull 4 of the acclaimed 77 Swan series. She was built in 1994 and is celebrated as a potentially most elegant Swan crafted by designer Frers. It boasts numerous recent upgrades including a new engine in 2022, and new generator and teak deck in 2023 and 2024 respectively. Further improvements made in 2024 include new rod standing rigging and overhauled winches and a new teak deck. The yacht is equipped with a carbon mast and boom, and features a sophisticated navigation and communication system by B&G, including chartplotter, radar, and AIS. With a VAT fully paid status, the Swan 77 also includes a variety of modern amenities such as air conditioning throughout, high-end galley appliances, internet Wi-Fi, an entertainment system with a flat-screen LCD TV, and several audio options. ACCOMMODATIONS & INTERIOR Owner:
Master cabin aft with two queen doubles. Forward facing sofa. Owners study with classic Nautor Swan chair and desk. Lots of natural light through three portholes. Two hanging wardrobes and lots of additional storage in drawers under beds and head height cupboards. Ensuite with large shower.
Guests:
Two mirror image ensuite guest cabins midship with large lower beds and upper bunks. Hanging wardrobes, large dress mirror and sofas. Lots of natural light through large deck hatch. One smaller bunk cabin aft-starboard. Uses day-head as it’s ensuite.
Crew:
Crew area forward with large double bed and sofa. Hanging wardrobe and lots of extra storage forward. Main entrance through ensuite and second entrance through foredeck hatch via teak steps.
