Designed by renowned naval architect Bruce Farr and built by Beneteau in France in 1999, this Oceanis Clipper 461 is an exceptionally well-maintained bluewater cruising yacht that perfectly combines performance, comfort and practicality. Presented with a striking blue hull, EU VAT paid status and having had just four private owners from new, she has never been chartered and is ready for her next adventure.
Her proven cruising specification includes a winged bulb keel, wheel steering and a reliable 85hp Yanmar diesel engine with shaft drive. The hull has been protected with Coppercoat since 2015, while Trudesign composite seacocks were fitted in 2022. Recent upgrades include new domestic and engine batteries, new domestic water pipework, a new bilge pump and WC macerator pump, all completed in 2025.
The sail wardrobe comprises a Quantum slab-reefing mainsail and furling genoa, both new in 2017 and professionally maintained, while the forestay was replaced in 2026. Navigation is centred around a predominantly B&G electronics package including GPS chartplotter, autopilot, speed, depth, wind instruments and VHF.
Below decks, the spacious three-cabin, two-head layout comfortably accommodates six guests, with additional berths in the saloon allowing sleeping for up to eight. The warm timber interior is complemented by a well-equipped galley, hot water system, Isotherm fridge/freezer, LED lighting and generous storage, making her equally suited to extended cruising or liveaboard life.

This comfortable cruising yacht has had 4 private owners, current owner since 2024 who bought
in the Lefkas area, she has never been chartered. She has 3 double cabins and 2 heads layout
and can sleep up to 8. Interior is in great condition.
Since 2010 she has been berthed at Lefkas marina, Greece and sailed around Ionian islands,
with occasional trips to Peloponnese, and Adriatic.
In the current ownership the boat has been in commission for the summer months in the Ionian
areas and stored ashore over the 25/26 winter. In Spring 26 the teak decks have been removed
in preparation for a non skid paint finish. With other general tidying up and a few additions such

Owing much to her predecessors, whether in terms of her dimensions, the technology used, or aesthetic and practical choices, the Oceanis 461 fits perfectly into Beneteau's cruising range. Her long hull, designed by Bruce Farr and Associates, has great potential for impressive speed while giving that quiet, powerful sensation only felt on board true offshore cruising yachts. The structure of the Oceanis 461 is based on the same principles that have made such a success of the whole range; the bonded and laminated inner molding ensure the best possible spread of rigging and keel loads throughout the hull. Her rigging is also classic and efficient. A masthead furling genoa (drum on deck) guarantees the necessary power for an easy passage. The semi-full battened mainsail is equipped with lazy jacks, facilitating both furling and sail reduction when necessary. An optional furling mainsail is also offered. The deck layout reflects the spirit of comfort and efficiency that has prevailed in the Oceanis 461 from her conception: teak-capped bulwark for elegance and safety, electric windlass half recessed into the anchor well, large sunbathing area forward, uncluttered sidedecks with chainplates centered against the coachroof, and a teak deck option. The cockpit is easily accessible via a door in the transom which is also equipped with deep lockers. The wheel steering position has a full console, to which a large cockpit table with hinged flaps and icebox is joined. The Oceanis 461 is available in 4 cherrywood (teak as an option) accommodation layouts, arranged around the saloon. There are 7 opening deck hatches and 12 opening portholes. The galley has numerous baskets and lockers, a fridge - freezer in two compartments, and large independent head compartments (up to three depending on the layout selected).
