The Lloyd's Register Certificate of Conformity identifies the yacht as AXION 40, CIN LV-LIOAX4A1A606, CE design category A, hull length of 12.19 m, and a maximum of eight persons.

Origin and Registration

The history of the vessel can be traced back to its original registration in Latvia. The ship was registered as VISION FUTURE on May 9, 2006, in the Latvian ship register. Latvia and the year 2006 are documented as the place and year of construction. The manufacturer or then-owner was Lion Yacht SIA. On May 16, 2011, the vessel was deleted from the Latvian register explicitly for the reason of registration in another state. The Certificate of Deletion also notes that no ship mortgages or other encumbrances were registered at that time. Later, it underwent German registration and operated under the name ANDASTRA.

CE Compliance

The yacht has a Certificate of Conformity from Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance GmbH. The yacht complies with the tested AXION-40 design type and has been certified according to European recreational craft directives. Documented are among others:

No deficiencies were found in the inspection report dated March 28, 2025.

In 2018, the navigation system was extensively upgraded to Raymarine by a professional company who installed and commissioned it.

Plotter Update in 2022

At the end of December in2022 , navigation was again updated.
Existing devices were checked and software versions updated . Additionally , a new Raymarine Axiom+ -9” MFD was delivered .
The invoice dated November30 ,2022 , documents a total amount of €1 ,926 .59 for this work .
Thus ,the already extensive Raymarine installation has been further modernized .

Mastervolt Lithium Energy System

One of the most significant technical upgrades to ANDASTRA occurred back in2018 with an extensive retrofit of its electrical system to a Mastervolt Lithium system.
