5. New ROD kicker in 2021
6. Completely new underwater coating including osmosis protection in 2019
7. New teak decking in the cockpit
8. New refrigeration unit
9. New saildrive gaiter in 2020
Very well maintained, 2 cabins, large wet cell with adjoining storage locker, salon with chart table and two chairs to port, forward cabin with bed extension and entry assistance
Navigation: Raymarine package: Axiom 9, EV-200 and P70s autopilot, 2x I70s displays, AIS700 active, Ray 63 VHF
Sails: New roller mainsail, working jib with UV strip, genoa with UV strip, storm jib, spinnaker
Comfort: New electric toilet in 2020 with new F-tank including tank indicator, heating, conversion to LED interior lighting, hot water etc.
Conclusion: No maintenance backlog, no survey required for insurance upon purchase - all relevant parts are less than 10 years old. Various spare parts will remain on board. The berth at Marina Kröslin (even indoors for winter) can be taken over. There is a large storage box available in the winter storage hall. A full winter cover is also included along with its own frame.
The BAV was on land in 2022 and 2025.
