**Description**
Bavaria 37-3 Cruiser. The boat is in fine condition and ready to sail. It is possible to take over the current berth type in Vallensbæk harbor.
The Bavaria Cruiser 37-3 is the ideal boat for families seeking a spacious and well-sailing vessel with comfort and room. The boat features three cabins and six sleeping places, making it perfect for families with children or seniors who occasionally have guests on board.
Below deck, the boat has a large forward cabin with a double berth, wardrobe, and ample storage space. Additionally, there is a toilet compartment with cabinets, sink, toilet, and holding tank. In the saloon area, there are several useful compartments for cool storage. Further back in the boat is a large salon with an L-shaped sofa and a longitudinal sofa around a centrally located folding table.
On the port side, you will find a well-equipped galley with a gas stove and oven, refrigerator, and double sink with hot and cold water, as well as plenty of cabinets and drawers providing good stowage space. The drawers are custom-made for the boat. The refrigerator features water cooling, making it nearly silent.
On the starboard side is the chart table with seating and the boat's electrical control system. Here you will find VHF radio, Fusion radio controllable from the chartplotter and app, AIS transponder, battery monitor, and solar panel monitor.
There are two double cabins aft. All lights in the cabins are equipped with LED. There are plenty of USB ports for charging various devices and 230V outlets in several places. A 230V inverter has been installed to provide limited (300W) 230V power while sailing. A 5KW Webasto diesel heater ensures quick and efficient heating throughout the boat.
The cockpit is large and spacious with seating all around. The seating at the helm is removable, providing good access to the large swim platform that features both hot and cold water along with a swim ladder.
The cockpit includes ample storage space. Equipped with foldable seating that provides good room along with a large custom-made cockpit table featuring fold-out leaves and an extension for the table. There are two aft pulpit seats. The bimini and sprayhood provide full headroom throughout the cockpit area. The bimini works well as a sunshade when all sides are removed. The boat is equipped with a roller mast, roller genoa with electric in-and-out rolling system, as well as a newer roller gennaker from Elvstrøm. All sails can be set and stowed from the cockpit. The boat features an electric anchor windlass at the bow, a 5KW bow thruster including remote control, and an additional anchor mounted on the aft pulpit. There is also a stem platform with an integrated anchor and fittings for the included stem folding ladder.
