Grand Yachts is proud to present a one owner Beneteau Oceanis 40 that exceeds expectations. Her captivating exterior design, inviting cockpit, and a roomy salon featuring two double cabins strikes the perfect balance.
Rejeki benefits from the equipment that matters most, including bow thruster, Raymarine navigation, autopilot, custom dodger and solid marine hardwood cockpit sole. The upgraded 54hp engine adds confidence under power, while the ease of handling makes sailing a breeze. The 40 Beneteau is one of the most sought-after used boats. It's compact enough for effortless weekend getaways for couples or young families, yet spacious and adaptable for extended cruising adventures.
Rejeki’s 2 cabin layout is a major value driver, she provides a more comfortable owner focused interior with better storage, a larger aft cabin arrangement and a more practical cruising setup.
The forward cabin offers a proper double berth, opening hatches, hull ports, storage and a bright, welcoming feel. The aft cabin is generous for a 40 foot boat, with a large double berth, ventilation, storage and good access.
The saloon is bright and open, with the warmth of Beneteau’s Alpi mahogany interior woodwork, a large dining table, excellent natural light from the deckhouse windows and comfortable seating.
The two-head layout keeps the boat simple, yet practical. The forward cabin features a private ensuite head with a manual Jabsco toilet, fresh water inlet, holding tank, vanity and storage.
Aft is the main head compartment, which includes a separate shower area, hot and cold water, vanity, storage and holding tank system. This head is fitted with a 12V fresh water flush Jabsco electric toilet.
Both heads are equipped with Y-valves, allowing for discharge either directly overboard or to the holding tank, along with the option for fresh or sea water flushing.
The galley is laid out for real cruising, with a secure U shaped design, stainless steel double sink, hot and cold pressure water, stove and oven, front opening refrigerator and top loading cold storage. Storage is well distributed, and the layout works underway or at anchor.
The galley is one of the strengths of this generation of Oceanis. It is practical, bright and located where it belongs, close to the companionway and integrated with the saloon.
Twin wheels open the cockpit up beautifully and allow easy access aft to the swim platform. The cockpit table creates a comfortable social space at anchor, while the helm stations keep sail handling and visibility straightforward underway. Rejeki has a solid marine hardwood cockpit floor and a custom dodger, excellent for West Coast cruising.
The Oceanis 40 was built as a manageable cruising sloop with sail handling led aft to the cockpit. Her rig is designed for practical short handed cruising, with furling headsail, furling mainsail setup and electric cabin top winch.
Rejeki’s has the upgraded Yanmar 4JH4E 39 kW / 54 hp diesel. This gives the boat strong auxiliary power for docking, current, charging and coastal cruising.
