We bought Flying Fin in 2024 from a caring owner who had clearly looked after her well. I have always admired Windy boats for their exceptional build quality, reassuring handling and timeless style, so owning one had long been an ambition.

During our ownership we have enjoyed many wonderful days cruising to the Solent, Dartmouth, Salcombe and of course, the beautiful waters of Poole Harbour and Poole Bay. The engines have been professionally serviced every year, continuing the excellent maintenance routine established by her previous owners, and we have always tried to keep her in the condition she deserves.

Unfortunately, the years are not winding back, and I am no longer as agile as I once was. It is with genuine reluctance that I have decided to sell Flying Fin. I had hoped to spend many more seasons enjoying her, but she is simply not being used as much as I had intended. I sincerely hope her next owners will enjoy her every bit as much as we have.
