We present this splendid Azimut 37, in excellent condition for its age, meticulously maintained by the owner (the fourth one currently) who has superbly customized the interior and exterior design, with a complete refit of the seats and cushions. Particularly practical for utilizing space and accommodating guests is the bow area, with a seating system that allows for comfortable and relaxing aperitifs with friends, admiring the sunset on the horizon. The boat has 3 cabins, one owner's cabin, 2 electric bathrooms, a four-burner kitchen, and a convertible salon for a total of 8 berths on board. The flooring is in excellent condition as is all the furniture. The sun loungers at the bow are brand new (all the cushions were made in 2024), comfortable and spacious, as are those on the flybridge. The bimini top and cockpit cover ensure comfort and privacy thanks to the efficient air conditioning system. The condition of the hull and keel is excellent. The hull has been treated with anti-fouling every year; the last application was in May 2026. The hull has been brought to zero and the underwater parts and superstructures were polished in 2024. The bushings of the propeller shafts were replaced in 2024.

In addition to being in excellent condition, the boat also has an extended aft beach covered in teak in 2024, as well as the cockpit. There are 4 batteries that were replaced in 2025. The walkway and deck, as well as the Fly bridge, show no anomalies in the gelcoat and all hatches and portholes are perfectly watertight. All sea inlets were replaced in 2024. The flaps system is present, overhauled in May 2026. All electronic equipment is functional, and the safety certificate will expire in 2030. At the bow, the electric winch is equipped with 100 meters of chain with a Danforth anchor.

The engines are in excellent condition and are the originals: always subjected to professional maintenance by Volvo Penta technicians. The last service on the engines was performed in May 2026. Berth available in Catania. Boat ready to set sail!
