Description50 foot tug style narrow boat, believed to have been built by Thomas Bantock as an open day boat and now over a 100 years old. It us understood that she was part of the Stewarts and Lloyds fleet of boats operating at Coombeswood. She was cut down and a motor stern fitted. She has recently been lengthened to 50ft. She has a steel cabin fitted along with decks and lockers although there is some steel work to complete. She is suitable for a discerning DIY buyer wanting to develop their own ideas on internal layout/fitout or indeed completing by a professional boat yard. A twin cylinder Armstrong Siddeley diesel engine with reversing gearbox is fitted. This boat is being sold remotely from Norbury Wharf and is located in Stourbridge in the West Midlands. She is currently out of the water and the purchaser will be responsible for craning/transport costs. Further information can be sought by contacting our office.
