Caribbean Dream II is a 2021 Leopard 53 Powercat combining performance and yacht‑style comfort in a spacious, versatile layout. Configured with four queen cabins each with en‑suite showers, an open, watertight saloon with L‑seating and motorized TV lift, and a full galley with Staron worktops and double‑door refrigerator, she delivers the Leopard 53’s trademark living space and sociable deck plan. The expansive flybridge with helm, U‑shaped lounge, sunbed and wetbar (12V fridge and electric grill), plus foredeck and aft cockpit lounging areas, provide multiple outdoor entertaining zones. Systems include twin inboard Yanmar diesels, Northern Lights genset, watermaker and chilled‑water air conditioning; Raymarine navigation and Fusion audio; 8 kW isolated shore power, inverters and AGM battery bank. The vessel underwent a Moorings/owner‑supervised phase‑out in late 2025 with an independent survey; all systems, furnishings and fixtures were returned to like‑new condition and 1,000‑hour services were completed on both engines and the genset. Stored at Virgin Gorda; owner available for limited use and open to offers.

Owners Comments and Boat History
The vessel entered the Moorings charter program in 2021 and experienced relatively light charter use during the Covid period. Charter activity increased through 2023 and 2024 before entering the official phase-out program in 2025.
An extensive phase-out process was completed by The Moorings and personally overseen by the owner. An independent survey was also conducted as part of the phase-out, with all systems, fixtures, and furnishings restored to an excellent standard. Comprehensive 1,000-hour services were completed on both Yanmar engines and the Northern Lights generator in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.
With the phase-out now complete, the vessel has left the Moorings fleet and will be stored at the Virgin Gorda Boatyard. The owner intends to enjoy a short period of private use before sale but remains motivated to sell as future plans have changed.
