The offer concerns an available new-build slot for Manda S07 Spider Hull 5, with planned delivery in May/June 2027. The yacht will be built in Italy and can be individually configured to reflect the future owner’s lifestyle, cruising plans and aesthetic preferences.Designed by Giovanni Ceccarelli, the 21.5-metre Manda S07 Spider combines distinctive Italian styling with exceptional space, comfort and direct contact with the sea. Her impressive 6.10-metre beam creates generous interior and exterior areas normally associated with considerably larger yachts.The open main deck connects the cockpit, salon and outdoor areas into one spacious lifestyle environment. A large aft relaxation zone and direct access to the water create the atmosphere of a private beach club, while the open upper deck offers additional space for entertaining, dining and enjoying the surroundings.The semi-displacement hull was developed for stable, comfortable and efficient cruising. Volvo Penta IPS propulsion provides precise manoeuvrability, intuitive control and refined handling.The interior can be arranged with three or four guest cabins, each with an en-suite bathroom, together with separate accommodation for up to two crew members. Layout, materials, furniture, colours and selected technical systems can be agreed with the shipyard.Hull 4 has already been sold and is not offered for sale. Photographs and videos of Hull 4 are used solely as a reference for the design, layout, craftsmanship and possible equipment options.Subject to prior arrangement, Elit Yachts Group can organise a visit aboard the completed reference yacht. A private visit to the Manda Yachts shipyard in Italy can also be arranged, including a meeting with the shipyard team and the yacht designer to discuss Hull 5 and its individual configuration.

Performance & EngineeringThe semi-displacement hull, developed by Ceccarelli Yacht Design, combines seaworthiness, stability and efficient cruising with low noise and vibration levels.Twin Volvo Penta IPS950 propulsion offers responsive performance, precise joystick manoeuvring and excellent handling. The GRP hull and lightweight carbon-composite superstructure provide structural rigidity while supporting efficiency and onboard comfort.The final technical specification and selected systems for Hull 5 will be agreed individually with the future owner and the shipyard.

Accommodation & CustomisationHull 5 can be configured with three or four guest cabins, each with its own en-suite bathroom, together with separate accommodation for up to two crew members.The layout, interior materials, furniture, fabrics, colours and lighting can be tailored to the owner’s preferences. This allows the yacht to be created for private family cruising, entertaining guests or longer Mediterranean journeys.Photographs of the sold Hull 4 illustrate one possible interior concept and should be treated as a reference rather than the final specification of Hull 5.
