The Blue Game 40, designed by Arch. Luca Santella, with a Lou Codega hull and Open Boat Italia engineering, is a T-Top Marlin version. It offers two cabins, a convertible saloon and a head below deck, a cockpit dining area with galley, a cockpit sundeck, and a forward sundeck. The deck is structured around various areas on different levels, starting from the lowest aft level to the swim platform, leading up to the dining area, then up to the helm station and down below deck. A large-section aluminum tubular structure supports the hard top and also serves as a ladder to the flybridge. The dining area and helm station can be completely closed off with zippered transparent plastic curtains. The galley, located outside only, is equipped with two refrigerators, while a third refrigerator is located in the saloon below deck. The aft area is largely occupied by a sundeck. The helm station, located in a prime elevated position, features a carbon dashboard housing the boat's various digital and analog instruments, as well as the Zeus system joystick and electronic mono-levers. The boat impresses with its seaworthiness, ease of maneuvering, and overall sense of safety.
