This Linssen 45 SL AC from the year 2023 comes from first hand and is in an exceptionally well-maintained condition. The yacht has been used exclusively for private purposes, continuously serviced by professionals, and stored indoors every winter. All maintenance records, invoices, and complete documentation are available.
The yacht is powered by two Volvo Penta D3 110 diesel engines, each with 110 HP and only about 403 operating hours. For maximum operational safety, the yacht is equipped with a redundant diesel pre-filter system with switching capability. A Northern Lights generator with only 163 operating hours ensures a comfortable power supply independent of shore power.
A special highlight is the retrofitted DMS Magnus Master stabilization system. This original Linssen system significantly reduces rolling movements and provides exceptionally high comfort both at anchor and while underway.
