We are now offering this fine Princess 35 from 1987. She is a classic flybridge boat, a model built in numerous examples and always made with excellent quality.
This vessel is the sought-after model with a guest cabin on the starboard side, equipped with 2 full-length sleeping places.
The Princess sails under the lovely name: "Patricia"
LAYOUT AND COMFORT
The layout consists of a large aft deck, providing good access up to the boat's flybridge.
Once on the flybridge, you will immediately appreciate the large L-shaped bench/sofa and two very comfortable helm seats. There is plenty of room for the entire crew here.
The spacious salon is on the same level as the aft deck. There are no steps in between, and access is via a large sliding door. The salon is equally large and roomy. Here we also find a large L-shaped sofa. There is a teak table and plenty of floor space. The crew can move around freely, even when there are many on board.
Overall, there is a really nice atmosphere in "Patricia." She offers plenty of light and a magnificent 360-degree view from the salon to the harbor and waves.
The helm station is adjacent to the salon and features a double seat. Here too, life is easy with an excellent overview of the entire vessel.
Forward, we find the large "Master Cabin." It features a spacious side-mounted double bed, providing easy access for the boat's owner couple.
Guests on board can also enjoy comfortable accommodations. They have their own private enclosed cabin with two very good full-length sleeping places arranged in classic maritime style.
The boat's bathroom and toilet are centrally located amidships, with easy access from throughout the vessel.
The pantry is also amidships at the same level as the cabins. It appears bright and welcoming, with high ceilings, making it an excellent workspace overall.
ENGINES AND MANEUVERING
"Patricia" is equipped with two stable Volvo Penta engines. They feature fixed propeller shafts and fixed propellers. There is a bow thruster for easy harbor maneuvers and of course electric trim tabs.
CONDITION AND MAINTENANCE
Most of the onboard technology is original and has been regularly maintained. All equipment is in functional condition.
The vessel has been stored indoors during winter over recent years. Below the waterline, she also appears nice and freshly painted for the season.
The current Danish owner couple has taken good care of her since acquiring her in 2022. The previous owner was also Danish.
