Solid houseboat

This houseboat is set up as a sailmaking workshop at a school in Sneek. Since the project is not continuing, the houseboat is no longer needed as a classroom.

5 years ago, the roof was renewed and solar panels were installed.

The houseboat is being sold on the condition that a new mooring and transport are arranged. The current mooring cannot be taken over!

The concrete hull is 14.20 meters long and completely dry. The total length of the houseboat is 16 meters.
